OVERVIEW

The HID Fargo DTC1250e is a great entry-level printer, which allows you to produce ID badges quickly, with an easy-to-use machine. The printer has many different configurations, that even if you don’t have a high volume of cards, you may need to allow you to properly issue your cards. Many of these options are field-upgradeable, so they don’t need to be added at the time of order, but allow you to have the printer grow with you as your requirements change. 

The printer’s indication lights use different colours to alert you that the printer requires further intervention by the end user. In conjunction with the Workbench™ tool in the driver, you will be able to determine what is required to get your printer up and running (and don’t worry, you can always call us!) 

The Fargo DTC1250e has two different supplies options – EZ and ECO options. The ECO option has a reusable cartridge, so that you just need to replace the ribbon rolls and cleaning roller. The EZ option comes with a full cartridge, ribbon, and cleaning roller, already installed in one unit. This allows for a quick and easy supply change, since everything is installed in one go – simply slide in the cartridge and you are good to go.

The DTC1250e has been shown to be a reliable printer that has tools available for the end user to help in diagnosing issues. Regular cleaning helps keep your printer running well, reducing the time potentially needed for technical support. All printers purchased from E-CARD come with lifetime phone and email support, above and beyond the manufacturer warranty provided with the printer (and supported by E-CARD).

WARRANTY DETAILS

Three-year depot warranty (parts and labour), fully supported by E-CARD IDExperts out of our Delta depot. Client is responsible for shipping the printer to IDExperts (with provided case number) but warranty service includes ground shipping (uninsured) back to the client.
